Given the unprecedented situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), Herald Motor Company is continuing to follow official guidance from the UK Government and health authorities. As communities around the world struggle with the impact of this virus the wellbeing of our customers, employees and suppliers is of the greatest importance to us.
This is a significant challenge for all manufacturing businesses and we are doing all we can to ensure that any disruption to production is kept to a minimum while also protecting the health and wellbeing of our team.
We are also conscious of suppliers and carriers unable to continue to support operations and are looking for alternatives wherever possible. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation and we will continue to ensure our policies and procedures reflect the best available information to protect our customers and employees alike.
We continue to avoid all business travel during this period and encourage those who would normally visit us to do the same. We have strict screening processes in place for anyone visiting our sites. As advised, wherever possible our staff are working remotely and we have introduced additional cleaning in all our premises as well as encouraging employees to follow good hygiene practices.
Herald is intending to remain open during this period of uncertainty to ensure support to both our dealers and customers. Parts, warranty, administrative queries and sales support will all still be available via telephone, email and our social media platforms.
