The small county of Rutland has a very apt Latin motto; ‘Multum in Parvo’ , translating into ‘lots in a small space’ which is quite appropriate for this location and with its excellent roads coupled with sights of Rutland Water and Woolsthorpe Manor, this is one not to be missed.
Bowness-on-Windermere – Cockermouth
A road trip around the Lake District is the perfect getaway for Father’s Day. The natural beauty of the Lake District will make it a memorable if not challenging trip. The route is great for those looking for a relaxing ride and for those looking for that extra challenge that takes riders past Wrynose, Hardknott and Kirkstone Passes. Take your Dad on an adventure.
