To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must inform us you are returning the item within 14 days of receipt. It should be returned in the original packaging within 28 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
Items returned outside of these timescales unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please note: This returns policy applies to online sales made via the Herald online shop.
If you believe the item you have received is faulty please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and return it within 30 days so we can review and assess the item. If the item is faulty, we will provide a refund or exchange if possible.
If you have had the item for more than 30 days and it’s faulty, we may agree to repair, replace or offer a refund for all or some of the item. After 6 months we might need you to prove that it was faulty at the time when you bought it, or had it delivered.
If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you do not receive your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve already done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact: email@example.com.

We advise you to obtain proof of postage.
Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an unwanted item. However, the standard cost of postage when purchasing the product will be included in your refund.
